We are pleased to announce that SILVEXCRAFT carries out special orders for cast products according to the customer's design - individual shapes, motifs, patterns!

IMPORTANT: After payment, we will determine within 24 hours *whether we will undertake the project or not. In the event of a positive decision, we need up to 20 working days to prepare a project preview and product pricing.During this time, we ask a customer for project's approval. Please be advised that each customer is entitled to 1 project correction only that is possible until a project visualization is approved. More than 1 correction will require an additional fee for extra designer work.

In case of negative decision - we will refund the paid amount.

The preparation of the casting pattern (rubber, 3D print) ~71€ net. Additionally, the final preparation of the project is 20€ net for each hour of the designer's work (average ~3 hours).

4. Protection Against Mechanical Damage

Mechanical damage, such as scratches or deformation, should be avoided. During storage, it is advisable to separate components from other metal objects or tools..

5. Cleaning

Components should only be cleaned with soft, gentle cloths or specialized cleaners designed for silver and gold. Do not use abrasive brushes or materials that could scratch the surface..

6. Inspection Before Use

Before using components in jewelry production, it is recommended to inspect their condition, such as checking for minor damage, deformations, or loose elements..

7. Safety

Components are not intended as toys for children. Care should be taken to avoid situations where children might put them in their mouths or swallow them..
