Jewelry is created with the use of many semi-finished products of very different form, construction or size. Their categorization takes into account, among other things, their intended use. An example of such jewelry supplies are head pins and eye pins, which are one of the simplest elements. They are dedicated mainly to threading beads and pearls. Bead decorations are extremely popular and very often created on an elastic band and do not even require a clasp. This solution works well in necklaces and bracelets, but not in earrings. To create beautiful bead jewelry for the ears, use a rigid base element such as metal jewelry pins, which are made of wire from both precious and non-precious metals. These components have a characteristic feature - on the one hand, they are finished with different types of heads. These can be balls, hooks (also known as eyelets or loops), studs, caps or flat nail heads. To illustrate them, an example of ballpins is visible on the photo - a thin sterling silver ballpin. Pins head ending with a different head than a loop, are most often chosen to create vertical pendants. A head in the form of a ball is designed to block the beads from slipping.
